Building skills and advocacy for diverse learners.
RAISE Consulting exists to empower families, educators, and communities by advocating for inclusive, equitable, and individualized support for every child. Our mission is to guide parents through the special education process, offer evidence-based social skills instruction and create engaging sensory experiences that promote access, understanding, and growth for all learners. Through advocacy, education, and partnership, we RAISE awareness, voice, and outcomes for children with unique needs.
Hi, I’m Regina Rausch — a lifelong advocate for children with special needs and their families. With over 25 years of experience in special education, I’ve served as a teacher, behavior analyst, administrator, and trainer across public schools and specialized settings. My journey began in high school when I first worked with a child with complex physical and medical needs and it ignited a passion that continues to guide everything I do today.
I hold multiple certifications including K-12 Principal, Supervisor of Special Education, and Applied Behavior Analysis, and I am currently completing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I’ve worked hands-on with families and school districts across Pennsylvania, leading early intervention programs, special education services, and professional development initiatives focused on inclusion, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and assistive technology.
I founded RAISE Consulting to help families navigate the complex world of special education, offer research-backed social skills instruction for teens with autism, and provide immersive sensory experiences that meet children where they are. Whether I’m supporting a parent in an IEP meeting or guiding a teen through building real friendships, I believe in the power of advocacy, access, and compassion.
Let’s work together to RAISE the bar for every child.
