RAISE Consulting exists to empower families, educators, and communities by advocating for inclusive, equitable, and individualized support for every child. Our mission is to guide parents through the special education process, offer evidence-based social skills instruction, and create engaging sensory experiences that promote access, understanding, and growth for all learners. Starting at $500

This service is for families and professionals who need a clear, experienced review of educational records to understand whether a student’s needs are being appropriately identified and supported.

Records may include evaluations, reevaluations, IEPs, progress monitoring data, correspondence, and related documents.

This service includes:

• Comprehensive review of educational records
   
• Identification of strengths, concerns, and missing or inconsistent data
   
• Review of compliance with IDEA and Pennsylvania Chapter 14 requirements
   
• Written summary outlining key findings and priority concerns
   
• Clear recommendations for next steps
   

Fee: 

• Additional records reviewed at $150 per hour

This service provides an objective, professional observation of a student in their educational environment to better understand how needs are presenting in real time.

Observations may occur in early intervention, preschool, general education, or special education settings.

This service includes:

• Review of relevant background information prior to the observation
   
• One observation session
   
• Written observation report summarizing:
   
  • Student engagement and participation
     
  • Instructional strategies used
     
  • Supports provided
     
  • Areas of need and concern
     
• Practical recommendations aligned with the student’s needs
   

Fee:

• $650 per observation with written report
   
• Travel beyond the local service area may incur an additional fee

$1,200–$1,500

This combined service is designed for families or professionals seeking a deeper, integrated understanding of a student’s educational program.

This service includes:

• Comprehensive record review
   
• Observation of the student in their educational setting
   
• A detailed written report integrating:
   
  • Record review findings
     
  • Observation data
     
  • Alignment between documentation and classroom practice
     
  • Clearly articulated strengths, needs, and concerns
     
• Actionable recommendations to guide next steps
   

Fee:

• $1,200 for standard cases
   
• $1,500 for complex or extensive records

$600 flat fee

This service is for families who want experienced, knowledgeable support during an IEP meeting without committing to ongoing advocacy.

This service includes:

• Review of draft IEP documents or meeting agenda
   
• Attendance at one IEP meeting (virtual or in person)
   
• Post-meeting written summary with follow-up recommendations

$150 per hour

This service is designed for families who need professional guidance but are not yet ready for formal advocacy services.

This service may include:

• Review of specific concerns or questions
   
• Guidance related to evaluations, IEPs, or school communication
   
• Support understanding rights and options
   
• Clear recommendations for next steps
