wHY RAISE CONSULTING?

MEET REGINA RAUSCH,MA ED,

Hi, I’m Regina Rausch — a lifelong advocate for children with special needs and their families. With over 28 years of experience in special education, I’ve served as a teacher, behavior analyst, administrator, and trainer across public schools and specialized settings. My journey began in high school when I first worked with a child with complex physical and medical needs and it ignited a passion that continues to guide everything I do today.

I hold multiple certifications including K-12 Principal, Supervisor of Special Education, and Applied Behavior Analysis, and I am currently completing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I’ve worked hands-on with families and school districts across Pennsylvania, leading early intervention programs, special education services, and professional development initiatives focused on inclusion, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and assistive technology.

I founded RAISE Consulting to help families navigate the complex world of special education, offer research-backed social skills instruction for teens with autism, and provide immersive sensory experiences that meet children where they are. Whether I’m supporting a parent in an IEP meeting or guiding a teen through building real friendships, I believe in the power of advocacy, access, and compassion.
